At Crossroads Animal Hospital, each pet is unique and is a part of our family. We have a team of experienced veterinarians and technicians who have more experience and training than any other practice in Moody, Trussville, Leds, Odenville and Springville! Our caring and compassionate team is made up of pet loving individuals dedicated to helping all types of pets—dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, snakes, and small pocket pets. Members of our team are Fear Free Certified, and our goal is for our patients to LOVE coming in for their appointments. Our exam and treatment areas are designed for your pets comfort and safety and we practice stress-free veterinary medicine for both humans and their pets.
Shortly after arriving at our animal hospital, you will be escorted to a private exam room where your pet’s history will be obtained. Next, one of our veterinarians will introduce themselves to you and begin a head to tail physical examination of your pet. The veterinarian will review any findings with you and make sure all your questions are answered before leaving the room. The technician will review the recommended medical care plan and associated costs with you. We will work with you to find the best plan that fits within your budget. Most treatments can be accomplished in the exam room, although there may be times your pet needs to go to the treatment area. Before the end of your visit, we will see if you have any final questions and make sure you understand any at-home care instructions.
Crossroads Animal Hospital requires full payment at the time services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, cash, personal checks with proper identification and CareCredit (see below
We recommend that all pets be covered under pet insurance. Pet insurance premiums are typically paid on a monthly basis and can be used to help offset some of your pet’s treatment costs. These are reimbursement plans, and they vary as to what they cover. Please review and compare the various pet insurance companies to get the best fit for your type of pet and budget.
We realize pet medical bills might not be in your budget and encourage our clients to take advantage of CareCredit financing rather than forego treatment when your pet needs it the most. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed to help you pay for your pet’s health and wellness over time without having to pay for everything all at once.
